Returns, Exchanges and Replacements Policy

If you are not satisfied with one of our products, you may return it to us for a replacement or full refund, within the first 14 days from receiving the product.
Email us at email@example.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.Returns, exchanges and replacements may be granted at the sole discretion of Next Level Daily.
Returns may take 14 days to process. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is not provided by Next Level Daily. We will issue a full refund for your purchase within 14 days of delivery.
Beyond 14 days the purchase is no longer eligible for a refund. We do not offer exchanges. If your product arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the damage and we will issue a replacement.
Returning a product to Next Level Daily without authorization will not result in a refund and you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges that are incurred by Next Level Daily as a result.
Users agree not to refuse shipments from Next Level Daily. Refusing a shipment for any reason will not result in cancellation of an order, nor will it trigger a refund. Next Level Daily assumes no responsibility and liability for any refused shipments and additional shipping charges may apply.
